我先前直接安装的sp3补丁。昨天下载了sp4补丁，安装的时候出现“Error 1334”错。上网查询也有类似的问题：
I just install ArcGIS 9.1 typical install + extensions and when I try to install the service pack 1, I get the error:
Error 1334. The file 'eps.dll.F681DEC5_05AA_482F_BD35_8C617A0495E9' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'PCW-CAB-D65752F7'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

I try twice, deleteting the entire installation of ArcGIS with the same error...

但是不知道该如何解决！！！请各位指点。

有没有人安装成功？有没有人遇到如此的问题？

我已在我的arcgis9.2上成功安装了sp4. 到ESRI support 查一查，安装是有顺序的，如先安装desktop 与其它补丁，再装help 补丁。我的方法是，重装arcgis9.2,然后直接安装sp4. 一次成功！

谢谢，有空把sp3卸载，直接安装sp4试试看，也许是我的本本刷新过bios。

我装p5也装不上，根本不让装，郁闷，这些补丁应该支持双核吧，不知道哪里出错，真是头疼

新版本补丁集成了老版本的补丁,所以安装新版本时最好将原来版本干掉才行!
