Provide your license server administrator with the following information:

Connot find SERVER hostname in network database
The lookup for the hostname on the SERVER line in the
license file failed. This often happens when NIS or DNS
or the host file is incorrect. Workaround; Use IP-Address
(e.g., 123.456.789.123) instead of hostname

服务程序没有配置正确！

如果你的许可文件安装正确的话 把Desktop Administrator的许可文件指向你自己的电脑就行

我也出现过,不过我用的是下的,明天就有正版用了，后面也没装上

可能是系统服务没有开启
选择我的电脑右键——管理——服务和应用程序——服务——ArcGIS License选择开启就行了
如果你经常用，可以在ArcGIS License上选择他的属性把手动改成自动就行，下次开机就不用再去开启服务了
